2008 American Honey Queen Rachael Seida

2008 American Honey Queen Rachael Seida is the 19-year-old daughter of Steven and Melody Seida of Wylie, Texas. She is the oldest of five children. Rachael is a sophomore at North Central Texas College in Gainesville, Texas, where she is pursuing a degree in Equine Science. She enjoys horses, singing, reading, swimming, and, of course, beekeeping.

2008 American Honey Princess – Rachel Bryson

Rachel Bryson, 22, is the daughter of Tom and Linda Bryson of Chambersburg, Pa. She is a 2007 graduate of Shippensburg University and earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication/Journalism. Rachel currently works at a local NBC affiliate in the production department. In her free time, Rachel enjoys working with her bees, scrap booking, sewing, and playing with her dog.
