Online registration is now closed.  You may register onsite by visting the conference registration desk located in the Palms Ballroom Foyer at the Wyndham Orlando Resort.

  • Wednesday, January 13: 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM 
  • Thursday, January 14: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM 
  • Friday, January 15: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM 
  • Saturday, January 16: 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Family is defined as 2 adults.  Children under 18 years of age get in free.

**Cancellation Policy: Registration cancellations received in writing on or prior to 12/31/09 will be refunded minus a $50.00 administrative fee. Registration cancellations received after 12/31/09 will not be refunded.

If you are a member of any of the following groups, you qualify for the “Member” rate:

  • American Beekeeping Federation (ABF)
  • Canadian Honey Council (CHC)
  • Canadian Association of Professional Apiculturists (CAPA)
  • Canadian Provincial Organizations
  • American Association of Professional Apiculturists (AAPA)
  • Apiary Inspectors of America (AIA)
  • Florida State Beekeeper

If you are not a member of any of the above  groups, your “non-member” rate will include a one-year membership to the American Beekeeping Federation.
